We’d like to thank you for choosing to stay at Whitesbeach Guesthouse, where our goal is to provide you with the ultimate accommodation experience.
While you are here, we want you to switch off, relax and enjoy all the amenities that Whitesbeach and the surrounding areas have to offer.
However, to enable us to provide such an experience, we need some help from all guests. We, therefore, ask you to read the following information carefully. By booking a room and paying your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms.
INDIVIDUAL bookings (3 suites or less) will be accepted through all booking channels. GROUP bookings (requiring 4 or more suites) are required to book the entire property and must book directly.
All bookings must provide a valid credit card to secure the booking.
Additional fees and conditions apply for GROUP bookings.
We understand that things do not always go according to plan and as much as possible we will try to accommodate when you are forced to change or cancel your booking. However, for the long term sustainability of our business, we (at our sole discretion) do reserve the right to charge you the following:
If you cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to your stay, we will keep 50% of your stay.
Within 14 days of stay, bookings may be transferred to alternative dates for a fee of $100
If you cancel your booking less than 5 days prior to your stay, we will charge you the entire amount of your stay.
Within 5 days of stay, bookings may be transferred to alternative dates for a fee of $200
If you are required to cancel or change your booking, you must inform us in writing via email, fax or letter.
Whitesbeach Guesthouse reserves the right to cancel a booking at any stage. In the unfortunate event this occurs we will refund all payments and will endeavour to find you accommodation of equivalent or better standards.
Standard arrival times are 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm. If these times are not suitable, please contact management and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
To help ensure a smooth arrival, a gate code and mobile phone number will be sent to you 2 days prior to your stay.
Please arrange to depart Whitesbeach by no later than 10:00am. If you require a late checkout, please let management know when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Damage or Loss of Property
While staying at Whitesbeach we want you to feel right at home. In return, we ask you treat Whitesbeach with the same respect you would for your own property. In the unfortunate circumstance you accidentally cause damage or loss of property, you will be charged the full cost of replacement or repair.
Respect for other guests and neighbours
Whitesbeach Guesthouse is located in a residential area and may accommodate up to 18 residents at any one time, including young children. Residents of Whitesbeach Guesthouse are required to act with common courtesy and respect. Foul language, drunkenness, belligerence or any other behaviour deemed to be disruptive to other guests and neighbours will result in you being asked to depart the property.
